collection and credit market.
We recognise that technology has brought major improvements
in managing volumes of accounts, however, our philosophy
is that we are still primarily a “people business”
and we reward individual performance linked to client
led objectives.
Investment in staff is, and will always be, the key
differentiator for C.A.R.S. in delivering the high principles
of customer service and performance, that we believe
in and our customers expect.
With this in mind our internal Training Manager is responsible
for a robust recruitment process which identifies key
attributes and suitability for each of our industry
sectors.
Each new staff member is required to successfully complete
a structured training and compliance programme. Our
new recruit will be fully supported and motivated to
deliver optimum performance for the chosen team. This
process is reviewed regularly to ensure that each staff
member has the skills necessary to perform the job function
effectively.
